Being a human can be hard. I believe that our brains really want to keep us safe and sometimes get us stuck. In behavior loops, or thought patterns, or ways of being that just aren’t working. Maybe you grew up in a family that didn’t see you the way you were meant to be seen. In a society that values people pleasing over knowing yourself. Let’s honor how you have gotten to where you are today while figuring out how to get to where you want to go.

What if we could discover how you make sense. How your brain is trying really hard to keep you alive and it might be getting in the way of the life you want to live. I believe that the most lasting change is made when we are accepted. Right now. For exactly who we are.
